The Rexroth 4WRKE is a pilot-operated 2-stage proportional directional valve with electrical position feedback of the main control spool and integrated electronics (OBE). It controls both the direction and magnitude of hydraulic flow with high precision.

The main control spool is position-controlled via an inductive transducer, making it independent of flow forces even at high flow rates. When no input signal is present, the spring-centred main spool returns to the neutral position automatically.

Integrated OBE electronics — On-board electronics eliminate the need for a separate amplifier card, reducing cabinet space and wiring complexity in both new installations and retrofits.

Wide size range — Available from size 10 to size 35, covering flows from 170 L/min up to 4700 L/min within a single product family.

Subplate mounting to ISO 4401 — Standard porting pattern allows direct replacement of older proportional valves without modifying manifold blocks or pipework.

Spring-centred fail-safe — Loss of signal or power returns the main spool to centre, blocking all actuator ports — a predictable safe default for press, moulding and marine circuits.
