Parker AC10 variable-frequency drive delivers an easy-to-use, robust and cost-effective solution for applications requiring motor speed or torque control, covering power ratings from 0.25 HP up to 250 HP. Despite its compact footprint, the AC10 incorporates functions usually found on higher-specification drives, including sensor-less vector control mode and output frequency up to 590 Hz. The 480 VAC three-phase supply covers a wide power range, offering 150 % overload capability for 1 minute at 0.5 Hz. Optimized for OEM customers seeking compact, cost-effective UL-listed drives without compromising performance.
Available in two enclosure variants: IP20 for the full 0.25-250 HP range, and IP66 / NEMA 4X indoor version for 0.5-125 HP, suitable for wash-down zones and wet-dusty operating environments. Conformal coated circuit boards enable reliable operation under harsh Class 3C3 environmental conditions.

- Easy Commissioning
Designed to reduce time-cost on installation, setup and commissioning via user-friendly operator keypad. Minimal wiring and dual accessible terminal rails enable fast installation. Auto-tuning sensor-less vector (SVC) mode delivers 0.5 % speed accuracy and 5 % torque accuracy for demanding dynamic speed / torque applications.
- Robust Reliable Performance
Proven drive technology and manufacturing ensure consistent outstanding performance to maximise uptime and productivity. Conformal coated PCBs support operation under tough conditions including Class 3C3 environments where many competitor drives struggle.
- Flexible Operator Keypad
Standard ergonomic 4-digit LED keypad displays operating status and runtime data. Supports quick parameter configuration as well as local motor control for start / stop and speed adjustment. Remote-mount keypad option available for cabinet-door installation.
- Multiple Enclosure Options
IP20 enclosure (0.25 - 250 HP); IP66 / NEMA 4X indoor enclosure (0.5 - 125 HP). IP66 units are suitable for wash-down areas, waste-water treatment and dusty production sites.
- Rich I/O & Communication
Dual analog inputs, multi-channel analog outputs, digital inputs / outputs, relay output; built-in RS485 / Modbus RTU communication interface.
- Overload Capability
150 % overload for 60 seconds at 0.5 Hz for high-inertia starting loads.
