Parker AC30 is a highly-modular industrial variable-speed drive platform covering heavy-duty power from 0.75 kW up to 450 kW. It comes in three control variants: AC30V for standalone use, AC30P for multi-drive synchronization, and AC30D with dual-encoder interfaces for electronic line-shaft applications.
This IP20 unit supports AC induction and PMAC permanent-magnet motors; closed-loop vector control is available via optional encoder or resolver cards. Featuring standard STO SIL3 / PLe Cat 3 safety, on-board Ethernet and SD-card for backup and firmware update. Conformal coating enables operation under harsh 3C3 / 3C4 hydrogen-sulphide environments. Chassis or through-panel mounting is supported. Free DSELite / PDQ-CODESYS software simplifies commissioning for OEM and system integrators.

Multi-language graphical keypad (remote-mountable). Quick-start wizards within free Parker DSE-Lite / PDQ software. Removable terminal covers, spring-clamp terminals and replaceable fans cut servicing time.

Standard Safe-Torque-Off STO SIL3 / PLe Cat 3. Conformal PCB coating for 3C3 / 3C4 H₂S-rich atmospheres. Optional EMC filter and DC-link choke for harmonic suppression. Heavy-duty overload: 150 % for 60 seconds, 180 % for 3 seconds.
