Rexroth Proportional Pressure Relief Valve DBEME

The Rexroth DBEM and DBEME series are pilot-operated proportional pressure relief valves designed for continuous, electrically adjustable system pressure limitation in industrial hydraulic circuits.

The DBEM version works with external control electronics for flexible system integration, while the DBEME version features factory-calibrated integrated on-board electronics (OBE) for a highly linear command-value-to-pressure characteristic with minimal manufacturing tolerance. All versions are equipped with a built-in maximum pressure limitation stage that acts as hydraulic overpressure protection in case of pilot stage failure or electrical fault.

Available in nominal sizes 10, 25 and 32 (component series 7X), the series supports both subplate mounting conforming to ISO 6264 and threaded connection designs. With a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar and flow capacity up to 700 L/min, it delivers stable proportional pressure regulation for a wide range of stationary hydraulic systems.
