Rexroth SYDFE Pressure and Flow Control System Overview
The Rexroth SYDFE (and SYHDFE) series is an electro-hydraulic pressure and flow control system based on axial piston variable displacement pumps. It provides precise closed-loop control of swivel angle, pressure and power/torque for stationary hydraulic applications. The system integrates a proportional pilot valve with position feedback and optional pressure transducer, enabling high dynamic response and excellent control accuracy.
Two main variants are available:
- SYDFE series: Based on A10VSO.../32 swashplate pumps for open circuits
- SYHDFE series: Based on A4VSO swashplate pumps optimized for control system operation
All systems support analog and digital communication interfaces, and can be configured for single, double or triple pump combinations (SY2DFE/SY3DFE) to meet complex system requirements.
Rexroth SYDFE Key Features
- On-board Integrated Electronics – Eliminates need for separate external amplifiers (except SYDFE1), drastically reduces wiring complexity and cabinet footprint.
