Rexroth Rineer Vane Motor MV125 Overview
The Rexroth Rineer MV125 is an extra-heavy-duty low-speed high-torque vane motor built on patented vane-crossing-vane technology. Designed for extreme torque-demanding applications, it delivers massive output with competitive power-to-weight ratio under continuous severe working cycles.
This series provides two pressure grades: standard Code 61 (A-version) rated for 207 bar continuous duty and high-performance Code 62 (H-version) for 310 bar continuous pressure. Displacement ranges from 983 cc to 4097 cc/rev. Configurations include 2-port single rotary-group, 2-port double-stack and 4-port double-rotary-group units. 4-port units support 2-speed or 3-speed operation with external valving. Equal-displacement rotary groups work with series-parallel circuits; mixed-displacement combinations require additional logic circuit. It uses heavy-duty special large-size flange for heavy-equipment retrofit.
